Order Placement and Customisation Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation
email requesting specific details such as your preferred colours for stitches,
any applique materials and /or rhinestones. After you reply with your
preferences, we begin production, which takes between three to five working
days. We are committed to shipping your finished product within five days of
receiving your confirmation, ensuring it is customised exactly to your specifications
for a smooth and satisfying experience.
