At Wear your Identity ” WYI ”, we’re committed to making your order process as clear and seamless as possible from placing your order to receiving your delivery. Please review our full policy below.
Order Processing Timeline
Order on line
WYI will send a conformation email to customer for conformation of colours and design detail
Production starts once above conformation email is received by WYI form customer.
Shipping 5 days after conformation emails was received by WYI.
Shipping
Although we operate from Brits, we do offer collections form our offices by prior arrangement with management
We use Courier Guy as courier.
We do offer the opportunity for courier collections if you should arrange your own courier.
Shipping Areas
We ship throughout South Africa, including:
- Major cities: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein
- Regional towns and outlying areas (delivery times may vary) and additional costs.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Main Centres: 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Outlying Areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Please allow extra time during public holidays, load shedding, or courier delays.
Delivery Fees
- Delivery cost free for all orders over R1500,00
- Orders below R1500,00 will be charged at R120
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Please review your order carefully before confirming payment, especially when placing personalised orders.
